About Us
Who are we and what do we have planned?

The WBSSRH is a non-profit corporation formed in 2001 as a response to the river access issues.  We are working to bring together a cohesive group of individuals who desire to preserve the unique relationship we share with the Susquehanna River.  The relationship has evolved over the centuries and we wish to provide a resource for displaying artifacts from our past and perpetuating this relationship for the future. Our relationship with the river continues to evolve. Recent efforts to restore migratory fish such as the Shad, the successful return of the Bald Eagle, and new efforts to establish and improve river access points are examples of our ever changing relationship.
